Blair Jenkins

CEO and Partner
Mr. Jenkins is the CEO and partner at NorthRock Companies. He is also a partner at Cherokee & Walker, a private equity firm that has been involved in over $2 Billion of private equity, private lending, and real estate-related transactions in various asset classes. Mr. Jenkins received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and a Master’s of Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Shane Peery

Partner
Mr. Peery is a partner at NorthRock Companies. He is also a partner at Cherokee & Walker, a private equity firm that has been involved in over $2 Billion of private equity, private lending, and real estate-related transactions in various asset classes. Previously, Mr. Peery worked for Ernst & Young in Salt Lake City. Mr. Peery received both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

Brent Wilson

Partner
Mr. Wilson is a partner at NorthRock Companies. He is also a partner at Cherokee & Walker, a private equity firm. Mr. Wilson has over 40 years of finance experience and was the President and Co-founder of Progressive Finance, LLC, a Lease-to-Own Company from 1999-2014. He sold 70% of Progressive Finance, LLC in 2012 and the remainder of his ownership was sold to a public company, Aaron’s Inc, in 2014. Mr. Wilson received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah.

Andrew Young

Managing Partner
Mr. Young is a Managing Partner at NorthRock Companies and brings significant experience in value-add acquisitions, redevelopment, and finance. Prior to joining NorthRock, Mr. Young worked at Sundance Bay as a Senior Development Manager and later as Head of Acquisitions where he helped grow the business from inception to over $400M in value-add multifamily real estate throughout the country. Mr. Young holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University.

Spencer Hess

Managing Partner
Mr. Hess is a Managing Partner at NorthRock Companies. Prior to joining NorthRock, Mr. Hess worked as Director of Lending at Cherokee & Walker, a private equity firm; CFO of Rockworth Companies; and CFO of Wentworth Senior Living Services. Previously, Mr. Hess worked for Ernst & Young in Salt Lake City. Mr. Hess received both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

Tom Henriod

Partner
Mr. Henriod is a partner at NorthRock Companies. Mr. Henriod is also a Managing Partner at Rockworth Companies, a real estate development company that has successfully managed the acquisition, development, property management, and disposition of over $1 Billion of various commercial, residential, and multifamily projects. Previously, Mr. Henriod worked as a broker for Westfield Properties and Grub & Ellis. Mr. Henriod has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Utah.
